Thank you for supporting Kindred Gift Gallery! Because our items are custom and handmade with care, our shipping process is a little different than big-box retailers. Please review our timelines below:

Processing Time

Most of our items are handmade to order. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to create and prepare your order for shipment. We appreciate your patience while we craft your unique piece!

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Once your order has been handcrafted and processed, it will be handed off to one of our carriers.

• Estimated Delivery: Please allow an additional 5 to 7 business days for your package to arrive once it has shipped.

• Carriers: We typically ship via USPS Ground Advantage or FedEx Ground.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.   

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
